Surf photographer in Nazaré: how it works

Nazaré’s Praia do Norte sits over the underwater canyon that creates the giant waves and the world records. It is shot from the fort and the cliff with a long lens — the opposite of a normal session, and arranged well in advance.

I shoot from the beach with a telephoto lens, so nothing changes for you: surf as usual and I take care of the rest. We agree on the spot and time the day before, based on the swell, wind and tide forecast.

Solo photography — €40/hour
Solo video — €50/hour
Group photography, up to 5 — €70/hour
Group video, up to 5 — €90/hour

Editing included. High-resolution files by private link, delivered within 48 hours, with vertical crops ready for Instagram. Outside the regular areas (Cascais, Sintra, Ericeira and Almada): travel is agreed before booking.
