What data we handle and why
When you contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram or email, we handle your name, contact details and the details of your request (date, area, type of session) to reply and book the session. The legal basis is your request to contact or hire the service.
During sessions we photograph and film surfers in the water from the beach. Images are delivered by private link to whoever booked the session. We only publish them on social media or on the site when that was agreed, or when they are photos of public events, and you can ask for an image of you to be removed.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies or analytics tools, and has no forms that store data. The infrastructure that serves the site (Cloudflare) may process visitors' IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell data. We use third-party services to communicate and deliver work, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, email and file storage. Links to these services and to Google Maps lead to sites with their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and files for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or erasure of your data, object to processing or ask to restrict it, by writing to [email protected]. If you believe the processing breaks the law, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD, cnpd.pt).
