FAQ
What you need to know before booking.
What if there are no waves or the wind ruins the session?
We confirm the session the day before based on the swell, wind and tide forecast. If conditions do not work, we reschedule at no cost.
How many photos do I get?
Every usable wave from your session, selected and edited in high resolution. A normal hour of surfing gives dozens of photos, plus vertical versions for Instagram.
How soon do I get the photos or video?
Usually within 48 hours, through a private link. If you need a quick selection to post the same day, tell us when booking.
How do you know which surfer is me in the water?
Before you paddle out we note your wetsuit and board colours and the peak you will surf. In groups we shoot everyone and organise the images by surfer.
Do you shoot in the water or with a drone?
Regular sessions are shot from the beach with a telephoto lens so we never get in the way of your surf. In-water or drone photography is available on request only.
Can I gift a session?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we prepare a voucher for the session value.
I need the photos urgently. Is that possible?
Photos or video are delivered within 48 hours through a private link. If you need a quick selection to post the same day, tell us when booking.
Is BAD SURF PHOTO trustworthy? Are there reviews?
It has 5.0-star reviews on Google Maps, also shown on the home page. Prices (from €40 per hour) are published, and BAD SURF PHOTO only photographs: it does not sell, rent or teach.
